Richard's character at Work

I enjoy working with people and i am a hard worker always wants to achieve my objectives more than my colleagues.I am very passionate about Employee Relations and also enjoy empowering Line Managers to take full responsibility and accountability for their role. I always have excellent relationship with all staff ,Management including Union colleagues and i am very professional and down to earth in my role as you handle very sensitive and confidential matters where staff and management put lot of trust in you as a HR Practitioner. I always learn from my peers and it always nice to share best practice among-st ourselves and i give credit when its due.I enjoy getting to know colleagues and when it comes to work then it should be work and high productivity and i do socialize after hours.I always encourage colleagues to celebrate success and also motivate staff to challenge my views constructively. what is required by law

Pros: I prefer working in a team and also be given company objectives and also the resources to make sure that i achieve the agreed objectives
Cons: There are many days where i have to work until late as i need to meet deadlines and sometimes its better to work until late as i always apply my mind and add value

My character at WORK

I am a team -player and always want to achieve the objectives of the organization to the best of my abilities.I always work hands in gloves with both colleagues,Management and also union engagement . I believe in engaging staff and also get their opinion so that we can find amicable solution as i believe our staff are the key stakeholders at work and if they are happy then the organization is likely to have motivated workforce which will results in organization achieve its goals . I also believe if colleagues achieve success ,it needs to be celebrated and a high morale from staff will also see results being very positive and you will have less problems as the staff will be keen to come to work. I also believe if the organization is having good company values and all the staff are subscribing to the values of the organization it creates a very healthy environment where people can prosper

Pros: I am passionate about my role and i have learnt from my late dad that you need to be punctual at work and if its necessary-i do not mind working longer hours
Cons: There are many days where i have to work until late as i need to meet deadlines and sometimes its better to work until late as i always apply my mind and add value
