Excellent learning curve

Work was never the issue however the salary was.I have learnt how to deal with irate customers when having to call them up and advise them they need to pay their outstanding accounts.I would always find it challenging and exciting to listen to their situations and give them advise on how to setup payment plans to make it convenient if they are going through financial difficulties. I have learnt any working environment can be like home but you need to be happy and I was over joyed with my job but the salary was not so good and no room for growth.

Pros: Get voucher like shopping vouchers
Cons: No salary increase

Its a good learning curve for someone that wants to get into the legal field or is studying law.

The company in overall is a good place or step to get into the legal field, The people or staff at the company is very friendly and is a great team to work with. The job is not difficult but challenging this is what i enjoy most of it. i Have learnt a lot especially where the summons process is involved

Pros: There is no growth
Cons: We work Monday to Friday
