Summary

A24 Group is a UK based company and covers medical sales, wine and owns a private park and golf club. My day covers taking calls and marketing for the gardens. Mainly dealing with customer queries, refund requests, and complaints. Also update listing sites, research awards for our venue and services. Also assist with golf queries. Team now expanded to 4 staff dealing sole with these venues. Incoming call time as high as 4bhours plus. Main client based are families and elderly people in Sussex area.very varied day and has its ups and down depending on queries and customers who call. My manager is based in the UK and we communicate via Google teams.

Effective communication

Assessing priorities for the day and communicating to coworkers when to expect the documents. Great communication across the company and constant feedback allows me to learn and grow and the better assist my colleagues. I enjoy learning more from others to excel in my job. The challenging aspect is depending on all parties to meet their deadlines in order to meet my own.
