Good learning curve

A typical work day. Always busy from the time you walk in the office till the end of your working day. Relationship with co workers. I prefer to have a good relationship with my co-workers. I spend a whole day with them. What I learnt. The buying prosess in every company is the same. It is only the product that differs. I learned a lot of all the different parts we used to build the vehicles. What I enjoy most. A come together party Most challenging aspects of my job. To sort out a difficult project and see the good results afterwards

Excellent learning curve

It is a very nice company to work for. A typical business that is very busy all the time Work on time limit Start from you walk in the office till end of your work shift ends Deal with suppliers on a daily basis Work in a team or alone on some projects I personally enjoy buying I learned a lot on the engineering sides Most challenging about this job is time based projects

Excellent experience

An excellent company to work for, with expetianced leaders who are willing to share information and advice when necessary. All the projects differs from customers to customers and that keeps me up to date with latest technology in the market. First time that I was involved in the design of machines automation and electrical diagrams.

Normal learning curve

Is a very nice place to work if ur old not young and hungry for more, is a place for newly qualified artisan and a very good place to learn the basic of hydraulic. On my side it's affecting my my mission of learning more and share more, its limiting my level of thinking and proving a point to my self that if its been build by a man i can fix it

I'm willing to learn new things to further my still to N6 diploma in both electrical and mechanical

I learned many things in this company like how to use power tools,hand skills, how to Read schematic drawing on both mechanical and electrical, the relationship with my colleagues where also great cause before we start we plan our job. I enjoyed building machine because is when I noticed that I'm good on reading schematic drawing on both mechanical and electrical, but sometimes I have challenge on lifting heavy staff but at least we have crane to help us, and to do fault finding but it help my mind to always think before doing any thing or to take decision.

Pros: To work hard so that I push production, make sure that there's no fight between me and colleagues be a problem solver
Cons: Make sure after work I rest and sleep well to avoid tiredness at work to focus to my job and concentrate

I am a fast learner, willing to learn new things at different environments

Fault finding techniques, diagnose problem, work under pressure without supervision time concious, target and oriented person, filling job cards, attend break down

SELF MOTIVATED

WELL BEHAVED, ABILITY TO LEARN, PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL, ENERGETIC AND GO EXTRA MILES TO FINISH THE MANDATE IN TIME, Ability to lead a team and able to check my own work,I Learned to be adaptive to situation.

Good learning curve

Work from 7am to 16:45pm, Monday to Friday. Relationship with my colleagues is average. Learnt how to deal with personal problems and work problems without affecting my job. Leant how to handle work pressure and to meet deadlines.

Pros: Good opportunities to study further

Love challenges and new opportunities.

I enjoy new challenges and solving problems. I like to be busy and love working under pressure. Working with people on a daily basis is a must for me. I am always prepared to look for new ideas that will help the company to cut costs.

Pros: I was able to make good changes that helped the company to grow.
Cons: My Manager refused for me to move out of my position. I believe that I could have grown more within the company but he did not want to replace me.
