My staff are extension of myself hence ensuring that they are happy is imperative. I spend much time making sure I understand my staff and their needs to ensure that they are more productive. I spend time socialising with my customers to encourage a happy and content business environment. I've learnt that bringing out the best in others promotes the best relationship's.
