Good learning Curbe

We are a rather busy call centre, calls are answered and clients are assisted telephonically or a message is sent to relevant departments to call client for immediate assistance. I have leart quite a bit regarding short term vehicle insurance; we all work very well together and as a team. Most challenging is some clients disputes - to disperse anger when our clients contact us as they are not being assisted by the insurance company - and they finally turn back to their Broker We assist telephonically and via Email as much as possible.

Interesting

We assist clients with vehicle insurance telephonically as much as possible or forward necessary queries to correct departments for further immediate assistance. I answer calls and refer clients to correct consultants - or advise as much as possible. I capture all client details on system as well as upload documents as required. I assist with online quotations. I mostly enjoy our team environment and that we work well together as well as the capturing of required information onto our database. Most challenging, dispersing client disputes when they have not been assisted accordingly, however it always works out that clients are assisted accordingly and very happy afterwords.

Had an opportunity to gain work experience in selling and approaching clients

I've learnt that When Working with co workers one must be kind hearted and have patience and understanding that everyday at work wont always be great but at the end of the day we must get work done, i enjoyed mostly working in teams with my colleagues to meet deadlines the challenges we faced as we working as call centre agents were having to be miss understood by some of the clients because you called while they're busy or called a lil bit too early.
