Abaqulusi Municipality its belongs to one of government sphere , that is local government. Mainly aimed in rendering the service to its residents guided by the constitution and local government policies. The municipality or the municipal officials are custodians of the taxpayers funds, its normal working hours is 8 hours day, based on service delivery, There is good relationship amongst the employees because the department are interrelated when it come to rendering or helping the community with different needs in question, the is a lot of team work I can state ,the most and the very challenging aspect of the municipal work is ensuring or going that extra mile to get the community to understand how the fund are appropriated

HARD WORK
I always apply the Batho PELE principles since I am working with Public but its sometimes difficult to approach people because aothers are always with attitude. I always try to be friendly with them

I AM HARD WORKER ,PATIENT WHO LIKE TO WORK AS A TEAM IN THE ORGANISATION,SHARING IDEAS, BRAINSTORMING.A PERSON WHO COMES UP WITH GOOD IDEAS IN A GROUP.
