Excellent learning curve

I enjoy my job as i am teaching things I studied and what strokes my mind to the better. I am naturally good with people but since I worked here I am even better and more confident.

Pros: This job has tought me how to work with different types of people as i am a facilitator with 36 students who consistently enjoy my leadership. Though the company i work for have a couple of hiccups i make sure my employers are satisfied with with my work at all times.
Cons: salary is too little
