Good communication and presentation skills which I developed during a performance Audit which I and other team members had to conduct at T.UT The audit was conducted, to support management in improving library administration processes, liaison and service delivery. During my term in offices as an S.R.C member at the Vaal University of Technology I had to liaised effectively at all levels, with management and students to resolve conflicts and ensuring that all parties involved had first hand information. The project was successful and management and students were pleased with our approach and performance.

Pros: Great hands on experience

Stepping Stone

Settling Queries with the community and other stake holds on a financial prospective. o Ensuring proper functionality of the site and ensuring all internal controls are followed. o Auditing the financial process (invoicing) by the sub- contractors (23) to the company is correct and all fraud, duplicated activities are identified in accordance to the Company’s policy to ensure all controls in place are preventative and can be able to detect any fraud activity. o Capturing and invoicing all work done on site to the Department of Housing in accordance to the PMF Act o Developing an internal control process in handling of stock and auditing the process to ensure all controls in place are effective and efficient, and all recommendations are communicated to all stake holds o Preparing the payroll for all employees (50) of the company

Pros: Hands On Approach work , No mistake
Cons: Long hours and 90% on the Site Office no going home after work
