Gives a great working skils
I work as an agent to recrute peopleand make understand the policy that am selling a clientele lifr policy . I stand all day at an alocated spot calling people to come and join . I am able to talk good with people through my job. WE learn to work as a team with my collegues and as a family . The wost part is when calling people and no one is giving me attention. I really enjoy talking to people because i learn more from them some customers might just correct me if am making mistakes and that good for me to keep on learning

Excellent and exciting
I'm energetic and I'm a fast learner I'm friendly to customers and when ever you ask me to do I can to it so I need the job to survive and gain some skill ..I'm willing to learn and work hard

Excellent leadership skills
I am defiantly learning how to be a true leader, to be be hands on and to take criticism in a positive way. There is a magnificent support structure. I need to motivate , teach my agent's.
