Good starting place for an ESL Teacher.

I enjoy my current job however I don't feel that it challenges me enough. A typical day at my job is me teaching English to students of all ages (kids, teenagers , adults and business professionals). I enjoy setting learning goals with my students to achieve their specific academic goals , like test preparation for example. I also enjoy learning about different cultures as I teach to students in various countries from the Asian continent. Some difficulties I encounter are technical problems as it is an online position , this can hinder the learning process. I feel that I'm able to do more with my skill set in a more operational role.

Pros: Fun interactive enviroment, good incentives.
Cons: Technical problems , language barrier between staff and teachers.

Its a great place to work however it is too competitive for me.

The company has new employees coming in each day and old employees leaving as well. Due to the amount of new tutors, there aren't enough students for the existing tutors to fill the quote of required classes a month. Thus I am looking for a job that has a more stable income. I usually worked for 4 hours every day however I did not have a class during this time each day. My relationship with he co workers was more strictly professional than personal. We never really spoke outside of working hours. I enjoyed the happiness of the students the most, however I did not like the rules and obligations we had to follow.

Pros: Great for freelancing
Cons: Not enough students for lessons
