Fast learner ,quickly adapt to change

It is good to work at this company, working spirit is good Workers respect each other, we treating each other very well But there is no communication from the management to staff unless asked I enjoy when we have outings no one is above one another we play and share

Ability to learn new things,excellent problem solver.punctuality. team player

It's rewarding when there s no upsets you produced maximum power to the grid early and are discharging and everything is going well. Its bad weather that spoils it all cloudy rainy faulty equipment

Pros: Good on training and personal development
Cons: Standby you don't know if you are working or not on standby days
