I am currently working for Absa Bank for the past 16years into RM within the Absa.

I am currently working for Absa Bank for the past 16years and after was employed by Nedbank under the Perm Building Society, Peoples Bank and Nedbank in my early years starting from 1989. I have been in all the ranks on the Bank from front line (Teller, enquiries, consulting, Brannch Manager, Area Manager into Regionanl Manager within the Absa/Barclays Brand. Sales is my game with the ability of WINNING PEOPLE'S HEART AND MINDS to be deliver on all Business Objectives. I am looking at career change outside th e traditional Banking into a different environment where I can apply my set of skills and knowledge to produce outstanding sets of results. I enjoy working with PEOPLE and Customers. I operate well with Stakeholders in terms of networks to gain my reach and dept of busness results. The great challenges that sometimes frustrates me, is the Terms and Conditions, Rules and Regulations that sometimes in the way of genuine business.

Great opportunities for growth

This Banking Industry has trained and taught me a lot in terms of Strategy development and also ways of taking that Strategy into Regions to operationalize it into execution stages. I have also learned different leadership styles after reporting into more than 10 Managing Executives in my career timeframe. That has been the greatest take-outs that I will always cherish and be thankful for. To the TEAM that reported to me in the years and those that reports to now, I have always told them that I will always called them TEAM because with TEAM WORK we always achieve more and we always understand one thing, the we depend on each other for success and therefore we PULL & PUSH together to WIN. So, YES I believe in WINNING because we ALL (TEAM) feel secured
