What I have learned in the IT industry

My current position has provided me with experience as a Field Support engineer and Back Office Engineer. I have National Diploma in Information and Technology(University of Johannesburg). I've been in IT industry for over 8 years. I can do what is expected of me; given the opportunity to showcase my talent, from what I have learnt throughout my studying and what I have come to experience in the working environment. Special achievements •National Diploma in Information and Technology – 28 September 2005 •Certificate of Technical Support Consultant(Dimension Data) – April 2005 •Top Technical Support Consultant – February 2005 •Top 6 in the Final year project at University Of Johannesburg – nOctober 2004 •ITIL foundation certificate in IT

Good Company to work for.

I am very good person, who adapt to work quickly and motivated when it comes to my work. Team group is one of my strategy because am always a team leader.
