Excellent environment, potential for personal growth.

it is an excellent diversified environment with a potential for personal growth. I work interdependently on portfolios assigned to me. I also work with a group as we do each others QA. I have good relationship with my team members as we assist each other where we possibly can. I have learned to use different tools to tackle complex portfolios and I have also learned that each client is different with size, activities and industry operating into. I enjoy the freedom of being able to work by myself on complex portfolios and also being able to get assistant and give assistant to co-workers. The most challenging job aspect is when I need to rely on external stake holders to supply with the information needed to do my day to day job activities as they at times take long to respond with the requirements.

Pros: Potential for growth.
Cons: Contract employment.

Great exposure, challenging, growth and great learning ground for my future career aspects

- A typical work day - hectic, client meetings, internal meetings, sales, identify cross sell opportunities and drive the from start to finish, onboarding of new to bank client, client retention, excellent service and quick turn arounds, queries and solutioning - Your relationship with co-workers : vital , great relationship with product houses - What you have learnt , sales, credit, products, processes, policies, strategic solutioning - What you enjoy most, client interaction, sales - The most challenging aspects of the job, systems, processes, difficult managers,

Pros: Great learning ground for greater roles
Cons: Long working hours, work overload, systems and processes challenges, non supportive nanagers
