Im currently working as
My day to day -I interact with client daily -Resolving queries for the client -Capturing Debit and Credit journals on the Account -Acknowleding the Personalise Credit card and Debit card. -Transferring money from one bank to the other -Guarantee a large amount of cheques -Adhearing to Absa policies and procedures What I've learn to listen and be patient with our clients, and treat every Customer fairly. My relationship with colleague is good, friendly and fun, I am a Team player What I enjoy the most interacting with clients, making sure that they are queries are solved. The challenging aspects is working under pressure with short staff

To be a the best that I can be, even though sometimes is hard
My typical day is ,I am based in an enviroment wherby I interact and help/see client everyday. I make sure I deliver a good Customer services and solve their problems. My relationship with my co-workers: Wea are a team, I am friendly and passionate with working with people of diverse race. What I have learnt: To be patient and making sure I do things right the first time. What I enjoy : Is working with people and having a supporting team and management The most challenging aspect of the job: to be vigilent and Fraud and losses
