My Learning Curves has been the ability to master full administration work

things that I had loved a lot from the field that I am working at is to be exposed to many things happening in the administration of the estate, for example Knowing how to report the estate to the master and get the LE which is the Letter of the Executorship and proceed with the Reporting to the companies and ensure that all the deceased debits are being paid and hairs get their money according to the will.

Pros: There's a great opportunity to grow if you are hired permanently
Cons: working hours has been the normail one's

Target-driven, highly pressurised environment

High work load, with a strong focus on keeping clients happy. The volume of work makes this aspect difficult. Open-plan environment with friendly colleagues and supportive management team. Productivity is constantly measured in terms of amount of output, and the value/income generated in favour of the company as a result of such output.

Pros: Friendly and helpful colleagues
Cons: Pressurised and demanding work environment

Demanding

Managemen. There is no consistency. Management can be very insensitive and is profit driven. The staff is not valued.t needs to be reviewed There needs to be an overview done on the culture an operations. Management needs to acknowledge good and bad aspects and address them with the same energy
