Hardworking and looking to advance my skills.
The NGO I was working for was a small and growing social enterprise business. I was working under the department of Public Relations focusing on compiling and implementing organisational campaigns. What I'll always appreciate about the company is the practical experience we were able to learn over the 10 months of my internship experience. Therefore every projects assigned to us were focusing on both the practical and professional level since every project we had to execute was in both the benefit and survival of the company. The relationship I had with my former colleagues wasn't just professional rather we were more family like, and supporting and assisting each other was part of the organisational values so our works can have a positive impact towards the organisational goals and mission. I would have to say working in the corporate world is not a child play however I really had a wonderful time and I have a lot about both what the Public Relations and Communication Industry has to offer.
Pros: Great opportunities for both practical experience and professional level.
Cons: Monday to Friday

Brilliant experiencing curve
It was great working with ABZ HOLDINGS, we had great plans ahead but these pandemic has made that impossible, projects had to be on hold due to funding and other related matter but I learned a lot working at ABZ Holdings, from design the project and business modeling, supervision and project estimating and the administration work too. I got a chance to use softwares like Revit, AutoCad , ePanel etc. the CEO was a very caring person He encouraged us to do something of ourselves for the time we have not working and be broard and always have drive to learn new things and adapt to every environment we may come across in our lives

Left in good terms
On a daily basis, we would work on closing off projects successfully. Team work was highly motivated and we were encouraged to work together to bring out the best in one another. I have learnt more on leadership and management, and believe I can do it better now. I enjoyed being a leader of our team, having to manage others was an interesting and exciting experience. The challenging aspects of the job were having to avoid missing deadlines since the teams were made up of members from different departments, and had other obligations in other teams.
Pros: Great opportunity to learn on leading
Cons: No probable hiring for permanent job
