Self motivated, Great with staff, Strict in the hygiene of kitchen and in rooms.
My typical work day insist of open and close of the main house and to ensure security wise that everything is in order. I then start with our breakfast counter for our guests, once that is set up I would have a look at all my emails and bookings for the day, I do also make sure of my admin that evertything is in order for the day. I do give the staff there duties for the day as well as to inform thm of which rooms are departures and stay overs. I do have a break time between 09h00 and 13h00 once that time is finish and im back on duty I go through my rooms to make sure everthing is in order, bookings on email and telephonicly does get attend to as first priority. Late afternoon I start with the dinners if any was booked for the noght, my rest of the afternoon and evening consist of checking in clients and answering the phone and emails untill my shift ends at 20h00.

Learning each day
Our establishment is a 4 star guest house in the heart of Nelspruit our daily tasks starts of by preparation for breakfast and to ensure that our place is neat and tidy, we always treat our geusts with professional and respectfully. Me and my Co-Workers work as a team to make sure that all rooms and areas are cleaned, I enjoy the people I work with as well as welcoming our guests.
