Good communication skills

Currently i work with a lot of peaple in a busy environment, it has taught me how to deal with pressure and how to work will other individuals and be a good team player, what i enjoy the most at my current job is having to talk to talk to manny different peaple whome i learn somuch from just by talking to them, i also like that it challanges me to be the best and be remembered for good with somany people around it is hard to make a mark but i believe i have. athe kost challanging time for me was to be my teams Captain, it was great expirience and learjing curve while i had to lead people who had joined the company befor me and are older and peoole from different cultures.

Pros: Learning and upskilling mysekf for the good of the company
Cons: Overtime with no pay

Fast learner

I get along with everyone at work. I am a hard work , I always strive in challenging my self anyway possible. I am part of a TEC( team engagement coporate) team at work, were we organise initiatives , Eg. World Yoga Day, Cultural Day, etc. These initiatives allows employees to engaged with each other , as at times we font get time to actually engage with each other as time is limited at work. I also part of team that comes up with creative ideas that will feature grow the company through Artificial intelligence.

Pros: I get to learn how to handle my finances as I deal with customers who's accounts are in arrears.
Cons: No growth with the call centre as I have a tertiary qualification.

Excellent working

I handle over 175 accounts per day all need to be correctly actioned and all information accurately captured, I have learnt to work well with others and understand the needs of different people around me,i enjoy when I get compliments from customers that I speak well over the phone and I also enjoy when all my monthly targets are met.The most challenging thing about my job is handling difficult customers, but with the training provided @ Accenture Im able to breeze through.

Cons: hours are normal

Excellent

I work 8 hours per day , weekend n holidays, I work well and have a good relationship with my colleagues, I have learned a lot for the past 8 years being with the company n enjoy doing my job especially dealing with difficult customers and help solving queries. Most challenging aspects are when I can't help solve customers queries and have to escalate to relavent department if that's an urgent matter.

Cons: Working more than 40 hours per week

Great company

Its a good company which gives opportunity to employees to further their studies. Employees are encouraged to learn more of other departments. Employees treat each others like family.

Excellent learning curve

We work as a team, I have learn to respect each other as colleagues. At Accenture we are all equal even our position are different they treat all as equal. Everyday we learn a new things and it easy to communicate with management. They have train me well and every 3month I go to training how to negotiate and to communicate with customers and be able to handle all customers with respect.

Accenture is a good company to work for. It needs a personal motivated individual so that you can see and get all the benefits. Promotions are thee especially for the hard working ones.
