Good learning curve.

Interacting with different people on a daily basis is really a good learning curve because you get to understand different groups of people, what they love and it also helps one to adjust their personality behaviors according to certain groups of people. Working from a very small store with a very small numbers of employees is much fun and team work is practiced. Well, the hours are very long(7days a week) and that is not pleasing in terms of the remuneration. I have learnt a lot, customer service, answering phone techniques, how to interact with different people on a daily basis, reaching out daily given targets too. The most challenging aspect of the job is time intervals only, the hours worked. Knocking off very late and in again very early in the morning you encounter tiredness during the day and that leads to having difficulties with attending to all your customers and giving them all the attention required individually. But other than that, I love being a Sales Consultant.

Pros: Better offer comparing to previous employer.
Cons: Less growth opportunity.

I’m Sizwe Mbambo 25 ambitious gentleman. I am a hard working self-driven, motivated gentleman; I always strive for the best. I passed my matric with best results through my hard work and accepting help from my teachers, family n my peers. If I get this job I will do all in my power to work very hard as always to strive for the best results. I have a passion of teaching and exploring the skill and knowledge to those who needs help, this is the only way for now which I can give back to my community by teaching those who are in need. I believe in giving back to those who are less fortunate so that one day they will be best they could be in life. This job will assist me amazingly because all my dreams will be answered and continue to gain skills and knowledge to help my community n be best I could be. Sometimes in life it's the little opportunity we get that makes us grow and have much capability not to fear but to strive for who you are, where you want to go and what you stand for.

Administration,presentation, to supervise a group of people and to work towards a goal and achieve

I'm a young and an energetic lady looking for a job where I will exercise my talent and ability as an intelligent person. I do have passion to excel all my abilities and further my skills through all tracks in both developing and under developing companies. I am looking for a company with higher aims of echieverment.

Pros: To work as team and towards a goal to achieve.
Cons: Trying to reach target if is not done.

Excellent communication, neat, organized, hardworking.

Working for this company is great because you meet people with different style and you learn something from them, I have a good relationship with my co workers because we have to get along because at the end of the day we need to reach our target and learn something from each other. I have learned to keep calm and give a good service to customers. I enjoy being around different people.the challenging aspects is when customers decide not to buy the product because of a prize while I have a target to reach.

Pros: Excellent opportunity to learn on your own and work hard.
Cons: Reaching daily targets.

Learning Curve

My time at this company has been a huge eye opening and has exposed me to things that I have never seen or experienced before. I will miss interacting with my regular customers. Always a pleasure having the honoured of getting to know them and their individual needs and wants.

Great honour working for the company

Its a great honour working for the company though Retail Jobs are straining as you get to work through out the year. There are no public holidays and that makes it diffucult if you are full time parent as you get little time to spend with your kids. I have a very good relationship with co-workers and must be honest,my Manager is the best. I have learnt a lot about fashion,trends and most importantly i continued doing what i like the most.That is interacting with clients and also dealing with different charecters. Most challenging about the job is that i have to know how to push in order to reach my monthly bugdet.Doing my best and making sure that clients are happy at all times and also meeting their requirements

Pros: great opportunity to know about fashion trends
Cons: working normal hours
