Excellent learning curve and wonderfull client base that I have build up.

Building new client base Sales and Marketing Liaise with clients Sourcing of new leads Training new staff Translation of new website Advertising of establishments Following up on prospective clients Making appointments Setting up of spreadsheets to monitor sales Driving of targets I learn new innovative ideas from my colleagues and client every day to upsell and market the company product. I have a very good relationship with my co-workers, also learning and using skills they have to upsell and market the company. I absolutely enjoy working on the road, gaining new business and building relations with clients. The most challenging in the beginning was when we had to gain clients to advertise on the website due to the product being brand new in the market, but I have excelled in doing that we have a huge client base and it's growing by the day.

Pros: Growing the business into a sucseful company
Cons: The dinamica of the business changed after we formed part of a new leads system and everything is more office based and not that challenging as it use to.

Sales

I am also a perfectionist when it come to my customer service before sale and after sales service. This is most enjoyable to me when I get the good reviews after selling to customers and the compliments of good service delivered. My most challenging is being everywhere at once! Daily I get to liaise with clients. I do constant follow up with clients and constant cold calling.
