Accountants on Mission is an amazing company with new people coming every year to do articles and gain experience. this gives an exciting challenge to train them and give them the right skills they need to acquire for their future career. Its a balance of leadership that gives the impression of managing across culture and focusing on sharpening learners thus making sure they are up to IFAC standard before they leave Accountants on Mission. Accountants on Mission subscribes to the future requirements of IFAC since its an ACCA Approved Employer member that offers specialized training to accountants that are aspiring to become the ACCA professional accountants.

Pros: Wide knowledge of IFAC and updated IFAC standards.
Cons: Challenging to train people every year and see them go after training.

Excellent

The company is a small firm with only two employees. On a typical day I capture invoices, file VAT and other tax returns for clients, prepare cashbook and monthly reconciliations, general ledger accounts, trial balance and extract the financial statements. I work 8hours a day, Monday to Friday

Pros: Great opportunity for learning
Cons: Long distance
