Skilled in setting up ERP accounting systems vis-à-vis chart of accounts, ledger accounts, payroll setup, journal entry transactions, dimensions, auto- journals, business partners, intercompany transactions, payments, taxes, AP/AR parameters fixed assets and closing processes, I am described as an exceptionally diligent and vibrant finance ERP systems professional, graduated from the University of South Africa with a Masters of commerce degree (finance), who possess 10 years accounting and finance experience in industry and commerce. I trained SAGE X3(Finance, Sales, Distribution. X3People (HRM) and Technical) configuration and possess hands on experience using SAP FICO, Blackline Pastel, and advanced Excel in producing management packs.

Limited

A great opportunity to learn new skills (the software) like microsoft and sage. But work is limited, it's not guaranteed that you will always have work to do. It doesn't seem like employees are regarded as valuable, the clients and the business opportunities are more important. Salary is minimal, no benefits like medical aid, pension, cellphone allowance etc. The growth in the company is very slow, you won't get very far fast with the company.

Pros: Great for learning
Cons: No benefits, there's not always work to do
