Have done bookkeeping up to TB, balance the suppliers and customers, getting all the documents for the financials, do the VAT recon, submit VAT201, PAYE 201, help with salaries, recon the salaries

Importance of team work

The clients get a complete all round service. Thus all departments need to work well with each other. I ensure that all the clients information on the system is complete and accurate. Through out the day I answer company secretarial questions internally and externally. What I enjoy the most is the consulting aspect and assisting clients with what ever issues they have. I have now gained exposure to wills and trusts.

Pros: There is opportunity to introduce new service offerings in future to the clients
Cons: Resistance to new ways of doing things
