I have great excellent learning curve witch i am trying to improve it more
The company I am currently working at its one of the biggest company in south Africa. I have an excellent working relationship with my coworkers ,I have learned so much about the company because they manufacturing several things in electronis and electrical panel .the most challenging aspects about the job its you will never know what job will be handed to you ,and so that helps me a lot in order of learning different jobs about the company

Qualified payroll administrator with more than ten years experiance
To be a successful payroll administrator you need to be prioritized, very accurate and pay attention to detail, in my current company I do weekly wages of 328 employees and monthly payroll of 350 employees. This is a real challenge to make sure there are no mistakes, and that feeling after I have achieve my payments on time is undecidable. I love people and in the HR department it is wearisome to interact with the employees, help them with queries and to help them understand exactly how things are calculated, and the feedback from the employees get so appreciated. HR is about standing by the employees, and respect the employees, no matter what.
Pros: At my current company there is no opportunity to be promoted, payroll administrator is the highst level in the payroll department, there is no position for a Payroll Manager.
Cons: I do not mind working long hours, or overtime from time to time, but not every day .

Great opportunity to gain knowledge
I deal with and stock related quarries and ensure all discrepancies are dealt with within 24 hours. I have to ensure that stock accuracy is maintained through all our warehouse's and plan stock takes and cycle counts. I have to ensure all stock losses and obsolete stock fall within budget constraints set out by senior management. I ensure all inter branch transfers are completed daily & ensure customer orders are picked and dispatched daily to our local branches and franchises. I have to ensure that all reports are monitored and submitted meticulously so that the operations manager. I have to ensure that staff are allocated effectively to ensure a smooth operation. I have a great relationship with my staff. I really enjoy solving problems in order to make senior management happy and to keep customers happy. I have learnt that hard work pays off and that nothing is impossible. The most challenging aspect of my job is dealing with inter company politics and to keep a level head at all times.
Pros: Always room to improve my knowledge and to teach people how to operate a warehouse efficiently and effectively.

Its good to work at a warehouse and it is important to catch up fast the numbers, because sometimes it can be so you must know your story. My relationship with my co-workers is very good, because guy who to work with my co-workers and to do some good team together, so that the job will go fast as we can. I learnt a lot in the workplace first you must be displine and the composure.

I enjoy challenges, and I'm currently in my final year in btec in telecommunications at Unisa. I do repair up to component level of timers,temperature controllers,ups,inverters, pumps ,power supplies, speed drives,lights, automatic voltage regulators

Creative thinking, work as a team, flexibility
It was very hard for mi to copy the first day at work, because of some lesson's...know how to peak, how the organisation operate. My colleagues treat me very well. We started knowing each other, working as a group, having jokes if necessary. I enjoyed picking, because i became the best picker of the month that also motivates me a lot to put more effort on my work to impress my supervisors as well as my employer. My challenge was that we are standing the whole day without sitting down, because of picking, packing, checking. But after a week i manage. i always wishes to achieve the objectives of the organisation.

Willing to learn more
I have learnt lots of things in my company, like invoicing , working under pressure, doing multitask, helping in other department. Working many hours and weekends for overtime is really a good thing to me, checking and counting of stock, stock adjustment and receipting of invoices, Am willing to learn more.

Excellent learning company
Working in ACDC DYNAMIC is a great company to work.The only problem we facing most employees from the company is that the is no benefits,no promotions,no growth within the compay. Me as a data capute i enjoy my job so much,the only thing that botters me ending up looking for another job is that the is no rewards in term of good work.working hard going extra miles at the end of the day they say nothing they dont even motivates us to keep on delivering the good work. I have learnet a lot from the company and im still learning even know. Even though they dont treat their employees fairly.

Excellent exposure to many electrical products
Day starts at 7.00 and can end anytime from 18.00 until 22.00. Employee relationships are great but tend to be polarised on racial grounds. It is more of a maximum security prison. Once you clock in, there is no going out as turnstile are programmed to let you out at tea time in the morning, lunchtime in the afternoon and knock off time in the evening. Bathrooms are outside of the turnstiles and you can only make use of them after getting a pass out from your manager, which can be a big problem if one is not feeling well and the manager is no where to be found. You are also subjected to a thorough body search by the turnstiles which means removing your belt and other possessions and putting them in a tray. There is also a room for a more private search should it be deemed necessary. As alluded to earlier, there are a lot of products used in industry which one can master and different systems are also in place to help one with information about the products, suppliers and customers.
Pros: Stable company to work for. Good to start your career path
Cons: No opportunities for growth. Not a place to have long-term plans or to plan to retire - your can easily get fired.
