I have in - depth knowledge and wealthy experience in general IT administration and Stoarage & Inventory management. I have joined Acer Africa after working for Atex Continental, and Telkom South Africa as PC Technician and Floor manager, ASP Administrator and Logistic Admin respectively. I have solid understanding of general IT administration, inventory management and PC Technical services with strong problems solving techniques, analytical thinking and keen understanding of relevant cost drivers and business best practices. I am a target-driven individual with strong work ethic, able to work under pressure, ability to share and collaborate with people from all different levels, adapt easily to new and changing environment, active team player and also able to work independently.

Excellent learning curve

Work is always a bliss as the environment is cheerful and free, never a dull moment as we make sure we have fun while work is being executed to the tee. I've learnt that no1 one is bigger than the organisation. There's nothing very difficult except tour irate customers.

My review

My typical work day would be providing technical support to customers through calls and emails. I have a great work relationship with my co-workers. I practice teamwork at all times. I have learnt to work well with my co-workers as well as my customers. The most challenging aspects is the work load and getting work done on time but i handle that challenge flawlessly

Excellent

Very good and clean environment. Team work is the most good part as you interact with all the employees and employers. We are family as we spend most of our time together during the working hours. Production is our goal daily. Challenging part is where by you come across new tasks but we always win them. Learning new tricks daily makes the team happy and we celebrated that.
