Excellent learning curve

I have developed extensive skills in business and process analysis, combined with detailed Software applications knowledge. My strengths lie in identifying and analysing based on improving process. My Current position has made me an especially affective communicator am adept at dealing with wide range of stakeholders, conveying business needs to technical teams and presenting my analysis and recommendations to Management. I have very strong interpersonal skills with the ability to speak in a clear, concise manner and to explain technical matters in a way that non-technical individuals can understand. I can work well as part of a group and follow the lead of others but I am also self-motivated and able to work alone and meet deadlines. I have excellent organizational skills and I have the ability to work and stay focused in a fast paced, stressful environment.

Been amazing dealing with various corporate and education organisations and professional clients.

A typical work day: being able to multi-task, immediate action, taking full responsibility, not your typical 9 to 5, Event Managers work through the night. I thrive on the pressure, the ability to be creative whilst retaining a professional brand image. Establishing new clients and business opportunities and income generation for companies through events. I enjoy a professional happy working environment, and strive to achieve that, I get along well with co-workers, I like to be friendly, however, not familiar especially when managing staff, always have an open door policy, a strong team creates a successful event. Keeping updated with new global event and business trends, to remain the best at what I do.

Cons: Arranging events for various clients does not allow one to become part of the organisation.
