Enjoyed the opportunity to reflect
A typical work day consists as follows: 8:30am sharp: Daily stand up (with all team members, on site and offsite. Currently working with Indian team. Tasks of the previous day are discussed, as well as issues and challenges that need to be resolved or taken offline depending. Tasks for the day too are discussed and agreed by the team. We always try and inject as much humour into our standups and interactions wherever possible. The people are what keep me motivated and happy every day. Of course there are sometimes conflicts which I like to deal with sooner rather than later. Team harmony is key to the success of projects in my experience, as well of course "Communication, Communication, Communication". My most challenging aspects of my current job are enterprise resources which are shared across the company and are completely oversheduled. There are no other options available to us at this time, but the company is addressing this at the highest level. Kind Regards Eve
Pros: I'm highly respected by senior management and clients. It's close to home, I have huge respect for my colleagues and enjoy their company
Cons: Remuneration and lack of opportunity to earn bonuses - no matter how hard I or my team work and how successfully we deliver on projects

Our mission statement should be treating people with respect and dignity
We cant expect employees to exceed the expectations of our customers if we don't exceed the employees' expectations of management. Our core values should be honesty, integrity and respect for people
Pros: Work roles at small companies are often less specialized than at large firms.Another benefit is that employees often gain experience in a variety of areas, giving them multiple skills and areas of expertise to enhance their resume
Cons: On the downside, small firms may have fewer formal training programs and their benefits packages can be more limited. Additionally, opportunities to transfer to other departments may be limited or non-existent. You may also encounter less opportunity for growth and promotion at a small firm

Personal growth
No No room for growth because management is extremely bias. If you dont party with or smoke and drink with the crowd you unable to be trusted. I am typing ths but i am unbale to see what i am typing becasue my screen is white. So i am unable to give more descption of myself and what my goals are are. But what i have a passion for is customer service
