Going to grow at another company and get exposure to different enviroment.

Great company but have all older software and equipment and taking for ever to change to newer software and hardware. I want a company that will challenge me going forward.

Working experience

Working condition are very good and i have healthy relationshis with other workers as well.most of my experience i got it there. I love what im doing there but i feel like i need to expand my knowledge in the manufacturing field. The salary is not one to be happy with.it is not financially sustaining for larg family groups who demand on one person.

Pros: Opportunity for a more sustainable job.good working conditions
Cons: Low salaries(opinion)
