Challenging very busy and viby

I get to work at 8am I start the day with emails and replying to the emails that need to be replied to. I start processing my invoices love working as I have busy days because I do books for 4 companies and I like being busy I don't want to sit around and wait for work. I get along with everyone and I love the environment I work in.

Pros: Always learning new things and meeting new people.
Cons: Long hours but not always when it is needed and I know its not always and when u need time off it's not an issue because you have given extra hours and they can give back.
