Learning to work under Pressure

Fairness, Honesty and Equity are the value the company has. Lot of pressure but lots off opportunity to learn. Pharmaceutical has a lot of law and regulations and strict compliance. Trade-forex import and exports, payments and receivable and VAT implications.

Cons: it based in an industrialised place

Growth with in the company

i work more with the warehouse people. i capture picking slips and do invoicing for the all the desptach and i have to follow up on the delivered as well. we work a lot under pressure and that gives me the drive to push more to reach my target

I learned alot in that company

I worked very well with my ex coworkers i was the best in the team , each day was very productive Ive learned how to take care of customers personally I have good customer skills I enjoyed talking to customers and giving good service My job was challenging when it comes to reaching targets I had to push the Raps

Pros: Not so much growth
Cons: Fairs hours
