Excellent

There is a very very good working relations with people/colleagues though what i realize is that people are demotivated as there are no appraisals or special social events or anything that will uplift spirits, boost morale when targets are made or jobs well done, the focus is only on management rather than lower level staff. A normal work day is the same procedure daily as there are no promotions or things like meetings besides if there's some negativity affecting business,I do make my days exciting by trying to solve some problems and assisting where ever I can as this brings fulfillment in my heart.I have learnt the importance of excellent customer service as it is what will keep customers coming back and happy in this difficult financially constrained economy . I mostly enjoy the friendly environment and my job. The most challenging thing is that even if you can try to upgrade yourself or your skills it wont be noticed or be considered in the company ,it will just be for you and for your future elsewhere.

Cons: There are no long working hours

Great place to learn more

Having just moved down to Cape Town from the Northern Cape I was fortunate enough to get this position in a short space of time.In the beginning it was tough, I had the sale knowledge but knew nothing of gas products. With the help of my co workers I soon work my way into gaining more experience and learning about an new industry.Like all companies you have your challenging days for example trying to get your product to the customer as soon as possible. Or dealing with staff that is just not interested in assisting you like they should.I have a good relationship with my boss and that helps when working so closely together.Although its been a blast, the time has come to search for new adventures and challenges and expand my horizon.

Cons: No real chance of promotion
