Areas of expertise in this industry are: Production, Operations, Quality Assurance, Validations, Continuous Improvement, Project Management, and Process Development, By constantly challenging myself to aspire to greater heights in my personal and professional life, goal setting and celebrating victories play a vital role in how I manage myself and the teams I work with. I lead by example and excel at any given assignment, however big or small, as it is all about striving for excellence.

Doing change over if batch change
Work extra hours at any given time by the company, an take my job seriously.make sure that gmp must be first priority in order to produce quality product in manufacturing place.make sure that the machine run smoothly an it doesn't have any oil or anything that will lead to luck of quality of the product.

Excellent and moulding learning curve
My task responsibilities as a student were to create visual Standard Operation Procedures (SOP's) to achieve consistency in processes; monitoring and improving production rates; Conducting studies based around the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE); Continuous improvement of processes and sub-processes; Leading 5'S projects. I am a self-driven individual who is willing to bring changes and improvements in your company. I am alert to the demand of the workplace, I am open-minded, I have desire to make difference and keen to grow with your company. I would greatly appreciate to be given a chance to be part of the team that comes up with innovations and saves costs of your company. Kind regards Ntombiyakhe Masoeu

I have completed prerequisite procedures for the completion of National Diploma in Industrial Engineering. With regards I have passed all the modules in this disciplinary and I have also served work integrated learning at the company called SA Mint. My task responsibilities as a student were to create visual Standard Operation Procedures (SOP's) to achieve consistency in processes; monitoring and improving production rates; Conducting studies based around the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE); Continuous improvement of processes and sub-processes; Leading 5'S projects.

I’m a self-motivated young man, full of enthusiasm and determination.
