Growing in my career

I am currently doing the full credit controll function. Dealing with FMCG Accounts. I have an amazing relationship with my fellow employees, we are diverse , but in our diversity we ha ve a common goal, that is to achieve our set targets and keep our books as clean as possible. My Department has taught me that people have different characters and for a team to succeed, each character need to be understood. We need to know the teams strengths and weaknesses, and capitalise on the strengths. The most challenging aspect of my job , is to get the customer to pay back , an invalid claim that has been signed by one of our sales representatives.There is pulling back n forth. However I enjoy it , When I pick up reconciliation errors from customers and getting the money paid back.

Good environment very clean

Mondays involves planning for the week ahead, and reviewing the planned tusks for last week and weekend. All jobs that were not completed will be given priority. I meet with my manager once a week and meet with my team officially three times a week. I have a much focused team willing to learn and develop. I always coach them to take pride in our service. I have leant that as people we are different and is very important to understand the difference in your team. It is also crucial to get the job done in a healthy and a safe manner. I enjoy resolving challenges and working out solutions for machines issues. To get machines running more efficiently and better experience for operators. The most challenging aspect of my job is when I am expected to workout solutions but I do not get financial support to buy systems and components that form part of the solution.

Challenging environment

The working conditions and potential for employee growth is slowly dropping. The environment has given confidence in making critical decisions when need arises and working as a team as well as time management.
