Excellent learning curve and experience gained
1. Objecting on the CCMA Cases. 2. Making follow ups on Pending CCMA cases. 3. Rescission Applications 4. Booking of cases. 5. Applying for Joinders 6. Attending Conciliations at CCMA and Bargaining Council Opposing Condonations. There is always a story behind each and every case. We are a good team and work well together. I have learnt that there is so much growth in this type of industry. There is always new cases. Having to win a case. The sad part is that we don't win all the cases but we give it our best short.
Pros: You always something new and if you keep it then it will help you in future.
Cons: Working place always has too much traffic
