Confidence builder and Learn a lot

It has a great way to get you out of your comfort zone and you learn a lot of new things. Not only do you do Admin, but you phone a lot of people, where you can grow your Telecommunication skills and get more comfortable doing it. You also learn how to be patient, as most of the people you work with are extremely difficult. Especially because you work with their money.

Admin Clerk

Tracking members of an unclaimed provident, pension or retirement fund. Confirming their details and sending claim forms. After that I do follow ups on them, as well as try to get a hold of the members I couldn't the first time. When I have tried a few times and could still not reach the member, the documents will be posted to them.

Pros: Great working hours
Cons: 6 Month contract
