High pressure and learning systems by myself

My day starts at 7h30 and i knock of at 18h00. We work long hours snd atleast 1 weekend. The best thing is I get to learn so much and intersct with people in different departments

Excellent leadership and learning experience

Excellent learning curve. I had the opportunity to set up the HR department from scratch. I sit on the executive committee contributing to the business strategy. The culture is great, flexible and agile. The team is hard working
