Great for gaining experience

A typical day starts off with alot of admin depending on the shift but either way alot of work.. Starts off with replenishing, Merchandising, visual Merchandising, supervising staff, delegating to staff, making sure stock is priced and security tagged.. We also need to make sure that stock doesn't get stolen.. In this company there is alot of roles one needs to play for a role of a sales associate. I get along well with staff. I have learnt alot from my time at Adidas. What I enjoy most is meeting new and different people also connecting with them, also I like fashion and looking good The most challenging aspect for me is supervising staff, our store, and the long hours especially since I have a family, having all that responsibility but not getting paid for it

Great environment to learn and grow as an individual

A typical work day begins with an energetic team huddle to get the team ready for the day ahead. The team huddle is then followed by customer interaction, administrative work, Merchandising, responding to emails and completing system tasks and support to direct manager and team. Our relationship as a team is great almost like as family environment. I have learned a great deal working for the company, time management, Merchandising, stock control and many more management skills. What I enjoyed the most about the job is making customers happy however the most challenging aspect is time, one hardly gets time to be with your own family doing things that you love but apart from that al is great.

Great Team

Great place with great spirit and a wonderful sports and lifestyle brand. Lots to do daily so no time to be idle. Great incentives and benefits offered.

Excellent learning curve

ira a global brand people loves the brand and it’s does sell itself which is a good thing for us to make money and reach our monthly targets is brand ,.I do love and enjoy working for the company,the company.its fun and there is growth however change is always good.

It was a great learning curve

I enjoy my time working for Adidas ,but i have reached a point where I want to grow as a person.That is the main reason I am looking for something else .
