I'm great at learning new systems quickly, and like to do it by fixing bugs. I'm very good at this for my level. I'll help the team fix bugs without slowing anybody down while I learn, and help put practices in place to continuously improve quality and speed development. My responsibilities as a Quality inspector at Adient match the responsibilities you are seeking. As the Quality inspector my responsibilities is to ensure all parts received are checked, identified and designated to their correct location, Conduct and animate the containment actions on non-conforming parts , Inspect visually and dimensionally the raw material, goods received and products using handling measurements tools (venier, micrometer, tape measure, elcometer, ruler, gauges) and write inspection reports.

Pros: i could help put practices in place to continuously improve quality and speed development.
Cons: I can work extra hours if needs to be.

Adient is the best company i worked for.

You do not get a typical work day in HR. We start the day with a review of each departments KPI`S and if you did not reach your KPI you must have a plan of action to reach your KPI`S. I have a very good relationship with my peers and with my subordinates. I have grown and learned so much in my current company and I thank God every day for all the opportunities they gave me. I enjoy to learn something new every day. I think one of the things that is challenging is to keep people motivated everyday because people is different by nature. I love my job and I love to work with people with different personalities. My current company is very big on employee happiness because they believe that if you have a happy employee you will have a productive employee.
