Hard worker and a fast learner

• Manage a creditor’s book of over 30million monthly. • Target of 10% of the book allocated to be reached monthly. • Give repossession authorities to contractors. • Data capturing and regular checking of collectors ‘feedback. • Provide contractors with report on their performance weekly. • Communicate with customers and solve their accounts queries. • Supply employers with statements for accounts settlement and payment arrangements. • Phoning all overdue costumers accounts with overdue accounts. i am a very dedicated worker and i get along well with my co workers i have learned to be more professionally when handling clients i enjoy the satisfaction i get after a job well done. the challenges will be difficult client but i always make sure that we end up reaching a agreement that suits both the client and the company

Job satisfaction

I am responsible for the call centre work flow for the day. I have a very healthy relationship with all the agents. I have learned that customer service is the most important factor in any work environment. I also completed my CRMP Diploma through my current company. I enjoy the vibrant vibe in the call centre. the most challenging aspects of the job is to reach targets.

Pros: there is room for growth
Cons: we work 2 compulsary saturdays per month

I am prepare to learn

I travel from one Company to another, check their manual receipt books, trust account to ensure that all monies collected have been paid over. I have a lot in the fact that I was given training on internal auditing and the day to day of the running of a business. I mostly enjoy with with papers and have also learnt through my travelling how to interact with people. The most challenging aspect of my job is to be very accurate before making a finding.

Pros: I am prepared to work had to get promoted and always looking out for a challens
Cons: I do not mind to work long hours

I am highly organised person,self starter and team player.Being business orientated is one of my strong point.I can work with a little supervision.Whatever goals i set i ensure to complete them within stipulated time.

Excellent learning curve.

I have enjoyed working in my company on all levels. It has been a stimulating environment. I have learnt many skills. I have had good relationships with my co-workers and made a couple of friends along the way. I developed confidence in my abilities due to the trust afforded to me. I have developed patience and understanding and have been challenged in boardroom skills. I still have a way to go when it comes to speaking in front of 10 or more people but I can safely say I am still willing to try.

Pros: Stable working environment.
Cons: No benefits or bonuses offered.
