Log calls using CRM programme Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware Respond to queries either in person or over the phone I respect my co-workers and explain in details whenever I assigns jobs to them. I Practice common courtesy,Use effective communications,Respect other people's time,Proceed with caution on social media and Stay on the level. I have learn to deal with different IT infrastructures and dealing with different attitudes from the customers and co-workers. I enjoy when the customer get help fast and appreciate my service. Challenges I face mostly every day it's when the customers dont takes the instructions correctly and not following the procedures to get problem solves.

Pros: No promotions in the company that i am currently working for.
Cons: I dont have problem to working long hours

Technician Duties

I love working as a Technician more than a Receptionist although I am good at both. Being exposed to different manufacturing computer companies makes it even more fun. Solving different issues on daily basis make it even more like I am doing what I love "Learning" Fair enough dealing with different types of clients is one of the most frustrating, as we have some impatient, lazy,kind,soft and as a Technician you have to give them the best service. Being polite and do your job is the key that applies to all of them.

Cons: 42.5 hours per week
