Working at ADvTECH has been a beautiful learning curve
It’s a good company if you want to learn & grow. I enjoyed working there, but there’s no diversity in some cases. The salary is also little. Overall it has taught me a lot and I’m grateful

.Different culture
Working in Financial services for the better part of my working career enabled me to work in a methodical manner. With that background I try to emulate it wherever I go and whatever I do. My current company is somewhat smaller and different in terms of deliverables and deadlines. From a strategic point I enjoy that my particular department, being the Properties department looks after the general well being of the schools making it easy for learners and teachers to focus on academea.

Ambitious
we are a team of 4 people we work good today and assist with one another when struggling to resolve an issue,every morning i do morning checks and follow up on the previous calls logged to update my calls or resolve,i have learnt to be patient with user's because other times they are very difficult.
Pros: Am always eager to learn more to prepare for other opportunities

Excellent learning curve
Most of the time I process the CAPEX form for different school within our company and I work very well with my colleagues including the Financial Administrators and the principals. I have learnt a lot especially when it comes to understand that the schools are not supposed to order any asset before all the signatories approves the capex application as it will be a finding for audit. what I enjoyed most is interacting with different people and processing different capex forms and also making sure that all paperwotk for vehicles that we bought is completed before the vehicle can be delivered to the school. The challenge will be when the signatories don't approve the capex on time as the suppliers will increase their prize after certain date was given.

Excellent learning about Education environment
Balanced working environment. Friendly staff always a hello in the morning and good byes in the evening. Monthly meetings check up and suggestions. Management style is great.

Awesome company with great exposure

Good learning
Leaving new actions are availiable but no support is given from the heads . We are just to run with stuff and if u make mistakes then a suspension or dismissal is in place not a fair or a reasonable environment
