Not good learning opportunities

My typical work day include seeing customers, formulating quotes, doing reports, prospecting, follow ups, equipment installation, providing training, problem solving for customers, etc. We work together as a team by providing expertise in our field and assisting with work that needs to be done. I have quickly mastered the art of sales but need there is not much further growth opportunities available. I enjoy the most is to install instruments i have not seen before and provide training on it. The workload it quite extensive and the challenge is not to get bored with monotonous tasks.

Not good learning opportunities

Good people but systems are not in place. They will see how you can benefit them but not how they can benefit you. Pay is ok for startup but not good opportunities for growth.

Full function of Accounts PAyable,Recons,Expense schedules,Fixed Assets, Vat returns

Our company is a Subsidiary based in Kyalami where a typical day seem to be a busy day always. We work closely together and always learn from each other. I enjoy it when its bonus time because we are rewarded for all the hard work done, themost challenging aspects of the Job is Preparation of Financial statements at year end as we work extra hours to put everything in order.
