I have a passion of figures. I love to work with people of different ages and nationalities Having worked for many years with finances which at the ultimate end need accuracy and urgency, I can work under a lot of pressure. I love challenges and prefer to always learn new things I love to deal with queries and believe that a query must be dealt with now and not be left for later I am very client focused and my observation is happy client means more work I speak and write English, Afrikaans and Sesotho fluent and perfectly and love to learn other languages I avoid office politics I love starting my work very early. My day can start any time from five in the morning. I am not an afternoon person. Taking work home is not my problem at all

Pros: Promotions motivate me
Cons: I can work long hours. I love to start very early, long before eight oçlock

Looking for permanent employment or a long term contract.

Clock in on site around 07h00 and begin the daily permitting sessions with all contractors. Conduct trining and toolbox talks with workers. Site inspections and project management actions follow the rest of the day with a lot of problem solving. Disciplinary action taken by myself and enforced on the contractors. Seeing the site develop from the ground up is very satisfying.

Pros: Complete autonomy from Management and full support of peers.
Cons: Short term contracts.
