A typical work day is when i had to come with lot of pressure and working with slow system and irate customers we had fun with my colleagues , helping each other most of the time taking each an every opportunity serious especially if they provide training with new job describtion working as a team and learning everyday especially new things could be system and material and managerial skill ove rour superior

Much experience gained

I am currently working for a company called Aegis which is a call center for Telkom for a year which deal with routers, internet and email issues like setting it up, checking account setting of the servers, checking if the account is active. I also check if usernames and password are valid as well as troubleshooting adsl, fibre and Vdsl lines connections as well as Telkom land lines and fixed line look alike with issues such as recharging or checking if the account is suspended I report faults for customers which include testing lines, recreating ports as well as helping customers with slow speed or intermittent internet connections. I am assist customers with configuring routers such as D-link,aztech and Hauwei

Cons: Nightshift
