Great management, coworkers, and trainers. What I love about my role is the ability to resolve queries that sometimes challenging and being able to pat my back. Dealing with accounts needs your full attention and your mind needs to be present all times. Refunds and credits needs focus and one needs to be passionate about what they are doing. Doing account recons can be challenging and can take some tine but once you are done it's all smiles. I have learnt to be patient and know that all things are possible if you put your everything in what you do.

Excellent Learning Curve

I am a goal and results orientated team player who is reliable, punctual and experienced in taking inbound calls from customers regarding products and services. Over the phone I will be an excellent ambassador for your company, and someone who will create a professional first impression that customers will remember for the right reason. I consider my strongest points to be having good phone manners, my clear voice and my ability to deal with stressed customers.
