Excellent learning curve
working with Aegies has made me gain lot of experience on the customer service industry,the company as well as the industry has taught me on how to handle preasure, irate customers as well as assisting my co workers, with Aegis (Telkommobile) i have learnt a lot of things including dealing with preassure on a dailly basis, what i enjoy mosy with my job is to assist different customers each and every minutes, customer service is not only aboutjust providing assistance to people but its also about getting different views to different customers.tha most challenging aspect of this job is where you will find out that there are issues that we cant resolve at the customer service point of view , that where we will need to escalate the matters mostly to back office of whiich its sometimes hard for my customers because back office works on a turn around times.

I 'd love to grow financially and academically
I see my self growing from one point to the other so far i have accomplished that , its not easy but an ambitious man like me makes a say of fit with the interpersonal skills, i have learnt the customer service on all perspective levels.

Work is the art that we as a team make it to become
Team work environment, fast paced and technology driven industry, Information required to be provided quickly as tools are provided. Great team players as each division requires the other thus allowing each individual to learn from the other on a broad spectrum.

Excellent learning curve
My review is about my current work enjoy environment where it a team work every one pulls together , my current job description we assist customer with thrilling network connection and if we fail we direct the customer to the correct que,we are able to provide first call resolution to customer's help them on there query.My current job has helped me to understand different customer attitude and to be able to be professional at all times

Experience working at aegis
Working at Aegis has been a great experience as you learn to multitask while Interacting with customers. I've learnt to work well with other people as working in teams and also as an individual.I now understand customer needs and keep them satisfied.I now have experience in accounts,customer service and sales.I've learnt ways of dealings with difficult customers and have learnt to understand the meaning of customer service.so working at Aegis have been a very good learning curve.

Greater perspective of clientel treatment
Great atmosphere within the woke place, but very restricted growth and non- challenging. Had an awesome team, that we work very much closely in order to accomplish duties given on a daily basis. Learnt to be patient and comprehend with abnormal circumstances. Haven't encountered any challenges as I love challenge. Recognition is what I loved most as I'm a dedicated worker.

I am a Young individual with a strong communication skills willing to learn more . I am holding an NQF level 5 for System Support. Engendering.I have customer service certificate Which is level 2 and a solid experience in customer service and in marketing

Excellent KPI, Great NPS, Great sales experience
I enjoy my work very much. I have an amazing team. Together we create a beautiful working environment. We respect, encourage and believe in each other. We appreciate and acknowledge each others good performances. I feel comfortable going to work everyday because I love my work. There are recognitions in the company which keeps me motivated. I’ve been rewarded with Checkers vouchers for every good performance every week, which makes me feel good about my work. My work fills a large part of my life. There are improvement opportunities, that includes professional training to help us gain knowledge.
Pros: I believe that my strong educational background and extensive experience in the call centre environment makes me an appropriate candidate. I would like to grow within the company

Hard worker
My background includes as working on a customer service associate within both call center and retail environment giving me skills and abilities to work with many different people and I could fit in any team. Mostly I worked in a customer service where my responsibilities include handling customers billing matters like explaining their invoices, issuing refunds and logging disputes. I am a conscientious who works very hard and pay attention to every detail. I’m flexible, quick to pick up new and eager to learn from others. I have a proven track record of responsibilities and commitment to company objectives. I’m am comfortable in working independently or as part of the team and i also have good communication skills.
