Purchase Function: Purchasing procedures to be strictly adhered to. Only approved vendors to be used. Comparative quotes obtained. Account to be up to date and paid to ensure continuous supply from vendor.ZM44 and Sequence check, First Auto Cards: ZM44 and Sequence check to be done on the 1st, monthly reports with variances reported to management. Timesheets and overtime management: Overtime sheets to be processed for the month and totals to match the SAP

Best learner

I work 42 hours per week , I work with my colleague as a team to push a process , what i have learnt is how to make a nitric acid and using it to produce ammonium nitrate solution mixing it with ammonia. the most challenge i got is when the plants doesn't start, or when the lines start chocking even i start a plant to pressurize the equipment.

Pros: Its a great opportunity ,has a lot of exposure when it comes to a chemical engineering, u can learn as much plants as u can and there is a lot of plants even when u want to know use a boiler and produce a steam.
Cons: 42 hours per week, from Monday to friday.

Business not stable due to the global pandemic the sooner I get better opportunities the better.

Very good company an opportunity for growth yes. Due to the global pandemic our jobs share not stable.besides company lost Anglo business both in Limpopo as well as Northern cape so we faced with retrenchments

Pros: Great company for growth and employees taken good care of
Cons: Continuous improvement on your self is important

Limited opportunities

long hours; great employees with limited learning opportunities and I have learned a lot about chemicals. great exposure to chemicals, bad weather, discrimination, bad management

. As you'll see from my enclosed CV am currently working for AEL Mining Services in Limpopo at Mogalakwena Mine as HR Officer. I have more experience in Human Resources i.e. managing employees, Corporate Social Investment Projects, Training, Recruitment and IR.

Pros: To be honest I don’t see opportunities of growth in the department.We don’t practice succession plans and talent board management
Cons: Normal working 45 hours a week
