tash@mpc.co.za a great learning curve with opportunities and study assistance to employees and exposure. There also degrading system that have a negative impact on employee growth and mostly value older emoyees than new/young fresh blood in regards to job placement and restructuring process

GOOD EXPIRIENCE IN PERSONAL KNOWLEDGE DEVELEPMENT

WORKING AT AEL MINNING SERVICES TOUGHT ME A LOT ABOUT IMPORTANCE OF TIME KEEPING AS EVERYTHING YOU DO IN LIFE RELIES ON TIME SOO IF YOU WANT TO MEET YOUR EAD LINES YOU MUST ALWAYS BE ON TIME. THE ENGINEERING TEAM THAT I WAS WORKING WITH HAS BEEN VERY GOOD AS THEY ALWAYS ENCOURAGE TEAM WORK AND GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS.MANAGEMENT WAS VERY HELPFULLY AS THEY ALWAYS PROVIDE OUR NEED IN ADVANCE THROUGH DIFFERENT COMMUNICATION DERPARTMENT
